Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order by the customer, after which items may no longer be returned. Please see the following conditions and options for returns to be processed.
The customer will be liable for courier costs to return items, unless the item is clearly defective & totally unusable OR the items received are different from the order placed (brand, variant, size).
Returned items will be inspected to determine if the return will be processed. Items that are damaged, dirtied, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 5 working days once we have received the damaged product and verified the issue.

What happens if I want to exchange or refund?
You may return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, and it has not been used and is still in its sealed packaging.
You will be liable for the couriers fees to return the item as well as for the delivery of the exchanged item, unless the reason for return is due to a faulty product or incorrect order delivered.
Please send the product back at your own cost, as you received it, un-opened and un-used. When the product arrives we will inspect it and determine whether it is liable for an exchange or refund. A copy of our order must accompany your product. Products that are sent back with no documentation are not accepted.
Please note that we do not arrange for the return unless we have sent the incorrect product.
Refunds
A full refund on the product, excluding courier fees, will be issued in cases where you do not want to exchange the product and the returned item has not yet been unopened.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method originally paid and may take 5 working days to clear in your account.
In cases where an item has been opened and the product passes all checks, a handling fee of 20% and any courier fees will be deducted from the order total to calculate the refund amount due.
